Binary Domain is SEGA’s over the shoulder shooter for the Xbox and PS3. However details have emerged on what sets this game apart from others. Quite simply, how the player acts during the game, not just at certain points. SEGA are calling this the Consequence System.

Speaking to characters through a headset, players can issue orders, answer questions or have full blown conversations with the non playable characters. The game will recognise 6 different types of languages. Binary Domain takes into consideration responses to all of the game’s characters to determine the best outcome, unlike other games where choices would be made at certain points through the game.

Binary Domain will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2012.
