Mario Party 9 latest information
Nintendo has lifted the lid on their latest party and it appears that Mario Party 9 will stretch out the Wii’s lifespan for a few more months until the Wii U smashes its way onto shelves. This time, there are a number of changes coming to the latest instalment. So put your beers in the fridge, popcorn in the microwave and dont forget the buffet.
Bowser and his buddies have stolen all the Mini Stars in the sky and it is up to you to achieve the ultimate goal of winning them all back, in order to become the Super Star. This time, however Mario and co can travel around the board together in a car, taking turns at the helm to hit the dice, move forward and collect stars.
This new mode will allow the game to be streamlined and encourage strategic planning. Mario Party 9 will also feature 80 band new mini games and a min game mode in which players can just play the games without the need for a board.
Mario Party 9 will launch on Nintendo Wii consoles on 2nd March.
