Resident Evil: Revelations on the 3DS is the first game due on Nintendo’s Circle Pad Pro but Capcom have also announced it will also have StreetPass functionality.

3DS players will be able to exchange useful items for use in the game’s Campaign mode, those who have played the previous games in the series will know their growing relevance and handy-ness. Unlocking new monsters will also feature and levels for the co-operative Raid mode.

Players can also collect helpful in-game items when passing other owners of the same game. Bits and bobs, such as herbs, can then be dropped into the game’s story mode by selecting a parachute icon.

In Raid mode, areas are remixed for co-operative missions among players and StreetPassing will unlock further locations to these and tougher enemies to defeat.
