So another Monday brings another round of updates for the various platforms that Nintendo currently has on the market. Of course, actual videogames developed by this AAA developer would be more welcome; however, the ability to fall back in time and see games of yesteryear is always a welcome distraction from Skyrim.

This week, going back in time is something that’s very prevalent with Ubisoft’s epic Prince of Persia at it’s 2D glory making more than one appearance.

Prince of Persia – Nintendo 3DS – £4.50
The Prince of Persia is now available for download on your Nintendo 3DS. Relive this classic platforming game that is often heralded as a pioneer of the genre. This re-release is faithful to the original Game Boy Colour game, complete with the dashing acrobatics of the Prince that made the original famous.
