Soul Calibur V information and latest trailer
In the run up to the 3rd February release of Soul Calibur V, Namco-Bandai have released a handful of screenshots and a new video depicting the story mode that players will be embarking on. Set 17 years after Soul Calibur IV, Patroklos Alexandra is searching for his older sister and mother and is on a path that takes him to a new Nightmare.
As well as the story mode, character creation has returned with all new features, the Critical Finishes have been removed and replaced with a super meter system much like Street Fighter IV. There are 30 fighters to choose from including Assassin’s Creed protagonist, Eizo.
Soul Calibur V bursts onto the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 3rd February.
