Another week has passed by and whilst snow has impacted much of the country in the past few days, it hasn’t stopped the educated gaming masses from purchasing videogames. Now whilst some of the major retailers might be struggling with games, especially GAME, it would appear that gamers are still buying game in their thousands if the volume of great games sold last week is anything to go by. With another new game at the top of the charts.

Yes, Final Fantasy XIII-2 has been knocked off of the top position after only a week and moved to second by EA’s Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, which in itself is set to be a great title. Darkness II has now hit the charts in 3rd place.

A game to note that’s inside the Top 20 is Catherine, which we reviewed here, for a niche title of this sort, with the age rating it has, this is a great achievement and we encourage you all to give this game a try.
