UK Charts Week 32

Monday service has been resumed and we are back with the UK top 40 video games for the previous week. It seems that the UK are still in the grips of Olympic fever with London 2012 the official video game getting a third week on top. It is once again followed by Lego Batman in second and Mario & Sonic representing the Nintendo Wii and 3DS in third.

However with the games coming to an end, we shall see if the sales for London 2012 will slow down. It will face competition from THQ’s Darksiders II on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and New Super Mario Bros II for the 3DS. We have also seen older games start creeping back into the charts with the appearance of Grand Theft Auto IV and Mario Kart Wii.
