We first spoke about Skábma Snowfall at the beginning of the month and we were interested in the story that Red Stage Entertainment & PID Games had to tell about the indigenous Sámi people of Scandinavia. Today it was announced that a demo of Skábma Snowfall will be available on Steam from tomorrow until 7th October.

Skábma Snowfall stars Áilu, who finds a magical Shamanic Drum and uses it to save his infected homeland, all the while he faces puzzles and challenging platforms to find Familiar Spirits to aid his quest save his homeland. This 3D adventure is set to take us around the wilderness of the Sámi landscape, which spreads across areas of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia.

The demo for Skábma Snowfall will be released tomorrow – 1st October as part of Steam’s Next Fest and with the unique story and culture the teams aim to spread light upon, this is one game we’re keeping an eye on. We think Skábma Snowfall is one to watch and you can wish list and download the demo from Steam by clicking here. A provisional release date of Early 2022 has been set.
