Street Fighter X Tekken Confirmed for the Vita

Capcom have now confirmed that the keenly anticipated Street Fighter X Tekken will now be in development for the PlayStation Vita, and will also have a new playable character from the inFAMOUS series – Cole MacGrath. This was announced during the live Sony Pre-E3 Show.

In Street Fighter X Tekken, the long awaited dream match-up between the two leaders in the fighting genre becomes a reality. Street Fighter X Tekken delivers the ultimate tag team battle royale, featuring classic characters from each franchise and one of the most robust character line-ups in fighting game history.

There’s currently no confirmed release date for Street Fighter X Tekken; however, it will be available in 2012.
