UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System Announced

It has today been announced that the UCF gaming franchise is going to break away from their traditional games and move into the home health market. Well, almost. UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System has been confirmed for the Xbox 360 Kinect, PlayStation 3’s PlayStation Move and the Nintendo Wii.

With fitness regime’s designed and performed by the UFC stars and with content that’s exclusive to the Kinect only, with voice command navigation, fully body tacking and immediate feedback on posture. With additional development for the PlayStation Move and Nintendo Wii.

The fitness regime’s are developed from leading MMA experts, Mark DellaGrotte, Greg Jackson and Javier Mendez and players will lean over 70 approved exercises. Including moves from disciplines such as wrestling, kickboxing and many more, which are all designed to improve strength, endurance and conditions through use of a variety of routines.

Currently the game is penned for a June 2011 release across all three platforms.

Jason vs Zombies Out Today

ASteam today announced that their latest game, Jason vs Zombies is now available on the App Store for all iOS platforms. You are Jason, left in a world were no humanity exists and as the only human left on the planet you need to try and return the world back to it’s former state.

To do this, you must kill everything left on the planet and what’s left is zombies. With 5 levels to work through, 15 missions, 8 different types of guns and lots of zombies to kill Jason vs Zombies is set to be another good zombie title for the iOS.

Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters Dated for June

Warner Brothers today confirmed various details about their up and coming title, Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters. Pulling inspiration from the feature film due out later in the year, the game will roughly follow the film’s plot with an arsenal of ring constructs to perform. Players will use the Power Ring to build a wide range of weapons from green energy to destroy all of the Manhunters. A group of evil androids bent on destroying the Green Lantern Corps.

This title will be available on all of the major consoles, with the following developers Xbox 360 and PS3: Double Helix Games; Wii, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS: Griptonite Games. The 3DS version of the title will be designed specifically to use the stereoscopic 3D powers of the 3DS into account, with the other platforms playing to their strengths as well.

Warner Brother’s have also confirmed that all of the titles will be out on the 10th June 2011 with a PEGI rating of 12+.
