1.8m units sold for PlayStation Vita

The PlayStation Vita has sold 1.8 million units since March 31st of this year, worldwide.

The Vita was launched on February 22nd in Europe.

In the report, Sony called the sales figure a ‘good start’ with its competition, the Nintendo 3DS, selling 2 million units between January and March.

However, the Vita sold 600,000 units in March alone despite its slow sales in Japan.
