Why the football hate? I just can’t help it, it’s in my vains. Either way, seeing Star Wars Kinect at the top of the throne this week goes to show how much Star Wars has influence over gamers today. Although I think most signifcant is the huge jump that Skylanders has had. Is it the advertising or just because it looks like a good Easter present. The jury’s out on that one.

Many people are moaning, a lot, about Star Wars Kinect. Whilst it may not have had very favourable reviews from critics in the gaming world, it’s clear that it’s got the pull required to ignore the critics. Games are becoming ever more like films, throw a large budget at it and it’ll sell, even if it’s a heaped pile of excrement like Wrath of the Titans.
