News of Warlords Reboot

Atari are bringing the classic 1989 RPG “Warlords” to the screens of 21st Century gamers on the Xbox360 Live & PlayStation Network services this summer. The game will support one to four players as they battle to defend their castles from an onslaught of minions and a nasty fire-breathing dragon. To do this players will have to use a massive shield which is maneuvered around the castle walls to deflect attacks from fireballs, while also strategically planning the next moves of their armies. 

Warlords will also feature online cooperative and competitive free-for-alls for up to 4 players. A few screenshots and the trailer showing off the whimsical worlds within Warlords can be found below.
