Bethesda attempt to trademark Fus Ro Dah!

Skyrim creators Bethesda have attempted to trademark The Elder Scrolls 5 dragon shout ‘Fus Ro Dah!’ in an attempt to ‘protect their brand’.

Bethesda have been reported to submit six different trademark applications for the call-out attack with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. These cover categories from computer game software to entertainment services.
