Bravely Default II Comes To Switch This Week

At VGamingNews, we are massive J-RPG fans. Bravely Default and it’s follow up End Layer on the 3DS was a return to form for Square Enix who had shifted their focus to more action orientated experience. This week, sees the release of Nintendo Switch exclusive Bravely Default II and we’ve got the final trailer to whet your appetite.

Like most of Square Enix’s RPGs, Bravely Default initially started life as a Final Fantasy spin off. The games share a lot in common; four heroes undertaking the task of saving the world from the destruction of crystals while battling monsters in a turn based RPG system.

It might sound similar but the series is a return to what Square Enix does so well. Bravely Default II looks set to continue that trend, while also building on what has gone before it. There are more jobs to pick up, bigger environments to explore and it looks amazing.

During the last Nintendo Direct, it was announced there would be a final trailer to generate excitement. Here it is:
