Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have released the first look at gameplay for the upcoming Hellraiser: Revival. The single-player, survival horror game throws players into a battle of wills against Pinhead and the malevolent Cenobites.
The plot revolves around Adain, a man who’s on a mission into hell to save his girlfriend from the horrors of the Cenobites. The first-person perspective shows an unflinching look at what had made the Hellraiser series a mainstay of horror for over four decades.
As the trailer is hidden behind an age gate due to its violent, sexual and disturbing themes, we cannot embed it on site. But, if you enjoy Cenobites, orgies and all things hellish, you can click here for the Hellraiser: Revival gameplay footage.

From the look of the trailer, Boss Team Games seems to have gotten the look of the series down to a tee. The gritty, grimy settings don’t look out of place, and the trailer is full of all the pointy objects that are meant to flail and maim victims accordingly.
Saber Interactive seems to have form with revitalising horror franchises lately. Back in 2022 they took on the popular Evil Dead franchise with their take on the asymmetric multiplayer genre. With the original Pinhead, Doug Bradley, providing the voice of the menacing Cenobite, fans do have a reason to be optimistic.
We’ll see what happens when Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival opens up on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2026.
