Get To Know ‘The Cleaners’ In Back 4 Blood

Developers Turtle Rock Studios & Warner Bros. games have released a new trailer for up and coming Zombie Survival Back 4 Blood. This time they’re are showcasing the characters and personalities that make up the Ridden slaying crew known as “The Cleaners.”

The Back 4 Blood story takes place after a catastrophic outbreak where most of humanity has either been killed or infected by the parasitic Devil Worm. Hardened by unspeakable events and emboldened to fight for the last of humanity, a group of apocalypse veterans these “Cleaners” have rallied to take on the infected horrors known as the Ridden and reclaim the world.

The video, which is behind an age gate so YouTube won’t allow embedding (but you can click here), introduces each of the eight playable Cleaners and details their in-game abilities as well as their personalities. We also get a look at some of the different types of Zombies, we’ll be trying to… ahem clean up.

Each one of the characters will give your team additional abilities so working together and sharing different expertise is essential if you are going to survive the outbreak.

All in all, Back 4 Blood looks rather tasty. Full of blood and mindless zombies walking into your bullets is something we’re not going to get bored of any time soon. The game coming from the team behind the Left 4 Dead series is just the cherry on top. We’re quietly confident that when this first-person co-op zombie shooter will be an enjoyable experience.

Back 4 Blood was originally scheduled to launch in June, before suffering a delay. The game now launches on 12th October for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS4 & Xbox One, we’ll be in for one hell of a time.
