With the NFL’s playoffs looming, what better time to launch the brutal, bloody, bonkers follow-up to the 2017 cult classic Mutant Football League than right now? Boasting the same arcade-style gameplay as it’s predecessor, MFL2 piles on more of the same dark humour and hilarious mechanics, while introducing full player, team, and even stadium creation options!
Striking a balance between tactical football know-how and pick-up-and-playability, MFL2 continues in the to bring the same brand of chaotic action that fans know and love since the days of Mutant League Football on the SEGA Megadrive. Traps, trick plays and bribery are all on the table as you take on Dynasty Mode, fighting your way through the league to lift the Mayhem Bowl trophy.
Players can choose from one of 32 pro teams, like the Karcass City Creeps or the Killadelphia Evils, or try out one of the 4 minor league teams available. You’ll even find some familiar (but mutated) faces on the pro teams, with the likes of brutal edge rusher, Vyle Scarret, and running back, Piston McCaffeinated, ready to unleash hell. And the icing on the monstrous cake, the talented voice of NBA Jam, NFL Blitz and MLB Slugfest, Tim Kitztrow, is in the booth to commentate all the bloodthirsty action.
