Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, remakes of the 2007 Nintendo DS games are coming to the Nintendo Switch at the end of the year. We are returning to Sinnoh in this full remake developed by Pokémon Home devs Ilca inc. The game retains it’s beautiful art style, all Pokémon found in the region and full battle mechanics. This isn’t a Let’s Go! style game.
Pokémon Legends Arceus
Gamefreak are only overseeing the Diamond and Pearl remakes, the rest of the team are busy with Pokémon Legends Arceus. This is an action-RPG set in an ancient Sinnoh region. A mysterious travelling professor comes to the region with Rowlet, Cyndaquil and Piplup. You pick your buddy and set off to build the first Pokédex. Pokémon appear in the wild and you can avoid or catch them at your will.
As the name suggests, Pokémon Legends Arceus‘s story will focus on the legendary pokémon. We’ll have to wait until it’s early 2022 release.
