Sonic Generations Update

Following on from Saturday’s news announcement that Sonic Generations will feature the Chemical Plant Zone and Metal Sonic, SEGA have today confirmed that Tails will also make an appearance as both classic AND modern versions! Coupled with this news, we have also been given high resolution images of the Chemical Plant Zone, so we didn’t have to tinker with magazine scans this time!

As Tails appears in both modern and classic forms, it would seem to suggest that he is indeed playable, although SEGA have confined us to playing only as Sonic in recent games.

Sonic Generations is still scheduled for a November release on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo 3DS. Fingers crossed this title does not suffer delays like Shinobi or Crush3D. We have updated our gallery and screenshots can be found:
