UK Charts Week 15
From storming to the top of the charts, Star Wars languishes in 4th place. The force obviously isn’t strong with this one (I’m really sorry, I had too). Sports and travelling through space are what the public wants as shown by the top 5, however last year’s big sellers, Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 and Skyrim are all hanging on to solid top 10 positions. Mario & Sonic are 9th, mainly due to the high profile of the 2012 Olympics. Or is it Mario & Sonic are raising the profile of the Olympics?
SSX – another EA title – is rounding off the ten. That takes EA’s total 6 games out of 10 at the top of the pops. The full chart list is as follows:
