UK Sales Chart Week Ending 23rd January
Hitman creeps past Animal Crossing into the top spot. Helped by the trickle of restocking we’ve had of the next generation of consoles, Agent 47 was able to claim the number 1 spot from Tom Nook and co. It was a monster launch for IOI and Square Enix.
Elsewhere, Miles Morales and Call of Duty gained a next-gen boost as they rose up the charts. The only other new entry is Carnival Games, from Take Two which debuts in 17. It is becoming the new tradition in the UK that Nintendo dominates with the sheer number of titles in the charts, making up 9 of the 20 spaces.
