After a successful launch across PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms, the hit indie puzzle game Viewfinder is opening up to more players on Nintendo Switch. The award-winning puzzler is due for release on 3rd December.
Developed by Scottish developers Sad Owl Studios and published by Thunderful, Viewfinder is a first-person puzzle game that challenges players to look around the environment to find unique solutions to progress. Taking photos, finding paintings and placing posters in the world allows them to become part of the environment, reshaping the path forward.
Since its original release in July 2023, Viewfinder has snagged numerous awards from around the gamesphere, including wins at The Game Awards and The Golden Joysticks. Not only that, but Sad Owl Studios has snagged two BAFTAs for Best British Game and Best New Intellectual Property at the 2024 awards.
Switch players will be able to grab Viewfinder when it releases on 3rd December 2025 for £19.99 on the e-shop.
