Wreck it Ralph – the movie about games gets a game

Disney and Pixar are busy with the finishing touches to their animated movie about video game baddies. It even has cameo appearences from the Ghosts from Pac-Man, Dr Robotnik and even Bowser himself. Now there is a game based on the movie that is based on games.

Wreck it Ralph the game will be distributed by Activision and will be released on the Nintendo DS, 3DS and Wii. This is presumably the result of talks between Nintendo and Disney to use Bowser in the game. Little is known about the game except it will take place after the events in the movie. The handheld versions will be single player 2D platform games where as the Wii version will be a sprawling 3D adventure for up to two players.

Expect the game to tie in with the movie when it launches in November.
