THQ has today announced the sequel to the popular Metro: 2033 entitled Metro: Last Light. This game is due out on Xbox and PS3 in 2012.Set in the haunting, desolate ruins of post-apocalyptic Moscow, one of the most richly detailed and beautifully realised gaming worlds of modern times. A new teaser trailer for Dead Island has been launched today in a build up for a full E3 unveiling next month. In the teaser, the island of Banoi is introduced – this ideal get-a-way for friends and couples alike is the scene of a zombie breakout in this first person zombie slash ’em up. Read On
IO Interactive, a part of the Square Enix Europe team today announced a new game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 – Hitman Absolution. Hitman Absolution follows Agent 47, who’s a cold blooded and stoney hearted assassin, on his most dangerous contract to date. Hunted by the police and betrayed by those he once trusted he finds himself in the centre of a dark conspiracy in which he must journey through dark personal times and through the corrupt and twisted world in search of the truth.
Wii Play: Motion is the sequel to the smash hit Wii Play which was released as a launch game back in 2006. The game itself will compromise of 12 minigames making full use of the Wii Motion Plus controller. As with the previous installment this will come bundled with the game. The game will support up to 4 players but they must have either a Wii Remote Plus or the Motion Plus Add-on. Read On
