NEW Aliens: Colonial Marines Info
A head of next week’s E3 SEGA today have announced a teaser trail for the latest installment of the Alien series of video games – Aliens: Colonial Marines. Set for an Q1/Q2 release next year, the Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3 game will bring all the suspense and horror from the bone chilling films to provide what SEGA claim to be “the definitive Alien gaming experience”. Developed by Gearbox Software (Duke Nukem Forever) and published in line with Twentieth Century Fox this should be the game that does justice to the films. Read On
Pro Evo Soccer 2012 Announced
Konami have today announced the next game in the popular PES series. The game is due out in the Autumn on all the home consoles, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. A PSP and oddly enough a PlayStation 2 version will be available as well. Konami have been working closely with fans of the series to provide the most real and entertaining entry in the series to date. Read On
Tea Parties at Download – Only with Alice
American McGee’s Alice was a cult classic on the PC back 10 odd years ago and with the sequel, which will be on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 just around the corner – Alice: Madness Returns, Electronic Arts are going all out in true Alice style and throwing a tea party at Download Festival this year.
Birds of Steel Announced
Konami and Gaijin Entertainment today announced a new game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 is currently in development and is based around the horrors of World War 2. Birds of Steel features great combat scenes, with pivotal air battles and battles such as Midway, Guadalcanal, Coral Sea, Pearl Harbour and Ruhr Valley. Birds of Steel is going to feature 20 historical battles and plenty of fictitious missions, spanning eight world famous campaigns and allows players access to over 100 planes and plenty of weapons from all sides.
The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Announced
The world’s most famous detective is to be further immortalised, from the dirty streets of Whitechapel to the notorious Newgate prison, Sherlock Holmes will soon be gracing the presence of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Full Trailer
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been given a brief showing by Activision today. A trailer just shy of 1 minute and thirty seconds has been revealed. As seen in the four previous trailers it features cities in England, America, France and Germany. The game takes place directly after the events of Modern Warfare 2 just as the world comes to war once more. As the trailer progresses we see New York completely devastated, with London, Berlin & Paris following closely behind. Read On
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3 Release Date Confirmed
Temco Koei Europe today confirmed the release date for their latest PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3 will be released in the UK on the 1st July 2011. Set in the future, chaotic warfare has engulfed the universe. The world is ripe with strife as gigantic mecha called Mobile Suits march to war on land and in space.
New Battlefield 3 Artwork
Electronic Arts today released some new artwork for their up and coming title, Battlefield 3. The up and coming game is due to be released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360; however, there is currently no firm release date. The artwork released is the PC boxart and a screenshot of what looks like a disused airstrip.
inFamous 2 Release Details
inFAMOUS 2 has been finally dated for the UK. The game will launch on 10th June and will have a host of different versions all with different features. As well as the standard game there will be a Lenticular Special Edition, Good and Evil editions, and finally a Hero Edition. Read On
